Store policy

-Items purchased are refunded within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. Please note that all Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Process on how to return.

1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long the item Is unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.

2. Fill out the form and send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost on route back to us.

3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.
